SAIDI: System Average Interruption Duration Index –The total number of sustained customer interruption minutes divided by the total number of customers
SAIFI: System Average Interruption Frequency Index –The total number of sustained customer interruptions divided by the total number of APS customers
MAIFI: Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index –The average number of momentary interruptions recorded on primary circuits for a specified Area of Service over a given period of time.
