In October 2007 Trilliant merged operations with OZZ Corporation, a leading provider of metering and energy management services to North American electric and gas utility markets. OZZ brings to the partnership its comprehensive solutions and services for advance metering infrastructure (AMI) including: 1) Suite Metering Products and Operations; 2. Measurement Canada Accredited MeterLab facility; and 3. Application Service Provider (ASP).

Suite Metering Products and Services
Trilliant works with property managers, government institutions, and utilities to deliver electrical Smart SuiteMetering solutions for new and existing residential and commercial facilities. These solutions benefit property owners and managers by improving profitability and increasing energy efficiency in buildings. Homeowners and tenants also benefit by controlling their own consumption and employing conservation methods as an incentive to save as well as providing owners with the ability to participate in TOU price plans.

Energy savings and waste reduction:

10%-26% savings in total consumption during the first year of Suite Metering.
SuiteMetering benefits utilities and the Environment by reducing the waste of energy and deferring the need to site, build, or otherwise acquire electric generating capacity as well as reduce the use of fossil fuels. SuiteMetering also adds significant customer base to the Utility and allows for greater efficiencies and lower costs due to volume.

Hydro One Chooses Trilliant
Trilliant to provide advance metering infrastructure including 1.3 million smart meters to Hydro One in southern Ontario and expects to complete the installation by 2010.

Trilliant offers comprehensive meter testing and calibration facility for single phase, polyphase, demand meters and electronic meters, as well as panel type electronic submeters. Their team of lab technicians is factory trained and Measurement Canada recognized, ensuring customers receive professional quality meter testing services. Technicians clean, maintain, reverify, and seal utility revenue meters to ensure optimum value and performance in the field.
