Job Description
To develop, lead, manage and coordinate projects that support Trilliant’s business development, operations, and service delivery.
Essential Functions
- Lead the management, creation, development, coordination, and execution of projects as required to support the Advanced Metering Solutions business.
- Work closely with other functional areas and members of the Advanced Metering Solutions team to effectively coordinate resources and services to promote smooth and efficient project implementations, execution, and operations.
- Design, support, and own metering projects as required.
- Provides liaison between customer/utility and OES operations to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to the customer.
- Oversees estimating, quotation and technical specifications of all projects in MeterVision, @Task, and Navision as required.
- Manages metering projects’ progress and maintain established margin.
- Provides technical support to sales staff, including providing input to RFPs as required.
- Prepares regular project progress reports and forecasts, including monthly WIP meetings with Finance and Trilliant management.
- Support sales presentations.
- Carry out other duties or responsibilities as they are assigned.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Two-three years experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Trilliant’s technical and business solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; accounting software experience and inventory and order processing systems.
- Knowledge of Metering, Suite (sub) metering systems and components.
- Knowledge of electricity, electrical diagrams and units of measure.
- Knowledge of Measurement Canada legal requirements and Quality programs.
- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies and practices.
- A working knowledge of Ontario Building Code and ANSI/CSA standards system and processes.
Education
and Certification
- Post-secondary education/college diploma in related field.
- Knowledge of new developments related to personal computers and networks.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French is an asset.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong time management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
